GOT FIT (Feet In Training)? Yes, we do!

Unfortunately, the Foundation will not be offering the "Got FIT" program to area seniors this year. The 12-week walking/running training program is geared for Seniors aged 50 and over to get them ready to complete the Kentlands/Lakelands 5K Race.
Please check back next year, or go to a local running store to inquire about training programs for this year's race.
