Kids Fun Runs

2008 Kids Fun Run On-line Registration is NOW OPEN!

As in the past, we will be offering (2) Kids Fun Runs - the Toddler Trot and the Kids Dash. Entrants will warm-up in the Market Square Plaza area together, and be escorted to their starting lines. The Fun Runs are untimed and we will incorporate multiple heats ("wave starts") for each run to allow for a smooth start for all children. Parents may run with their children (if desired).

Both Runs will finish under the official Race Finish Line at Main Street & Market Street West. All Kids Fun Run participants will receive a finisher's award. T-shirts and Goody Bags are not guaranteed, so please sign up in advance.

Children (age 14 & under) are eligible to select between two distances for the Kids' Fun Runs down Main Street:

Toddler Trot 8:00 AM

Recommended for ages 5 and under, this run is approximately 1/4 mile and begins at Inspiration Lane & Main Street, and runs point-to-point into the finish line at Market Street West.

Kids Dash 8:15 AM

Recommended for ages 6-14 yrs, this run is approximately 1/2 mile, and begins at Centerpoint Way & Main Street, and runs point-to-point into the finish line at Market Street West.

Both runs will finish under the official Race Finish Line at Main Street & Market Street West. All Kids Fun Run participants will receive a finisher's award. T-shirts and Goody Bags are not guaranteed, so please sign up in advance.

The registration fee is only $10. On-line and mail-in registration are available.
