* please note that t-shirts and goody bags are not guaranteed for Walk-in or Race Day registrants and no refunds will be given as all Race proceeds go towards one or more local charities
Walk-In Packet Pick-up & Late Registration
If you already registered via online or mail-in options, you may pick up your number, Chip, and goody bag at packet pick-up on Thursday, Friday and right before the Race on Saturday (see below for details) Late race registrations - 5K Run & Walk ($35)* and Kid's Fun Runs ($12) - will be accepted on Thursday & Friday and advanced registration packet pick-up will be offered at the following locations:

Race Day Registration - $40
Advanced registration packets may be picked up, and last minute registrations ($35) will be accepted from 6:30-7:45 am sharp on Race Day in Market Square Plaza. The Registration Tent will be located in Market Square Plaza between Market Street West, Market Street East, and Center Point Way (by Star Diner) in the Kentlands neighborhood. No refunds will be given and Team registrations will not be accepted on Race Day.

Kids Fun Runs $12
Registration for children under 14 in either the 200 m Tot Trot or 500 m Kids Dash is $12. T-Shirts, goody bags and awards are not guaranteed for late registrants and registration will be limited to the first (300) children registered.

Family Team Competition
Runners may choose to compete as individuals and as part of a 2-person Team in one of the following categories at no additional charge: Father/Son, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, Mother/Daughter, Husband/Wife, Sister/Brother, Brother/Brother, Sister/Sister
Each team member must complete an individual 5K run entry form, pay an individual race entry fee, enter the EXACT SAME team name, and submit their forms together. Teams must pre-register and no Race Day Team registrations will be accepted.

9:00-11:00 am Awards & Post-Race Festival in Market Square Plaza
Chip Timing System & Wave Starts
The Race will be timed using the IPICO transponder. All runners who wish to be timed must wear the transponder provided by the race on their shoe.The Start will be done using Waves spaced 1 minute apart and based on Mile Splits to ensure the quickest and safest start for all runners and walkers.Overall awards will be determined by gun time. Age group awards will be determined by net time. Please note: The IPICO system will not read a ChampionChip.
