NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN UP to celebrate Earth Day!

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

Anytime bet. 9 am-1 pm

*Students can earn SSL hours, too*

CHECK-IN:  Entrance to Little Quarry Park, 600 block of Chestertown St. just past Tschiffely Sq. Rd & tennis courts, Kentlands,Gaithersburg, MD 20878.

Bags, gloves, water and snacks will be available at check-in, as well as a Map of the designated Clean-Up areas.

CLEAN UP:  We will be focusing our Clean-Up at Little Quarry Park and around the lakes, ponds and waterways in the Kentlands and Lakelands neighborhoods. This program is in partnership with the City of Gaithersburg’s “Green Up” Day activities, and supported in part by Whole Foods Market!

Boots or old sneakers and play clothes are recommended!  All are welcome, so bring your friends,

family and neighbors to help make our neighborhoods GREENER!!!
