Kentlands KidServe
Inspiring Young Hearts to Serve Their Community
About KidServe
KidServe is a service-based organization started in 2011 by two moms, Sooky McFadden and Sherry Dunda, who live in Gaithersburg, MD. It is designed to engage children and families in meaningful community service projects.
Our mission is to instill the values of kindness, generosity, and civic responsibility in young volunteers, helping them develop a lifelong commitment to giving back.
Through hands-on activities and partnerships with local organizations, KidServe empowers children to make a difference in the lives of others while learning the impact of volunteerism in their own community
How KidServe Works
Throughout the year, we organize a variety of service-based activities that allow kids to engage in acts of kindness, community-building, and philanthropy.
These projects are designed to be interactive, educational, and fun, ensuring that children understand the importance of service while actively participating in it.
