Musica Viva Kentlands is powered by volunteers who care about bringing live music to everyone in the Kentlands and greater Gaithersburg area. Whether you enjoy welcoming guests, helping behind the scenes, or supporting event logistics, we would love to have you involved.

Volunteers help make both our free September orchestral concert and our smaller performances and fundraisers throughout the year possible.

No prior experience is necessary. We will follow up to learn more about your interests and help match you with a role that feels comfortable.

Time Commitment

Volunteer opportunities typically involve:
• 1–3 hours on the day of an event
• occasional flexible support leading up to events
• no ongoing commitment required unless desired
